1. Scope
यह policy उन सभी interactions पर लागू होती है जहाँ students 18 वर्ष से कम आयु के हों, या कोई school/teacher institutional capacity में GenMasterAI का उपयोग कर रहा हो। हमारी सामान्य AboutPrivacy Policy adult users के लिए है — यह policy schools/students के लिए अतिरिक्त सुरक्षा बताती है।
2. Student Data Handling

हम कभी भी: Student data को बेचते नहीं, विज्ञापन के लिए use नहीं करते, किसी AI model की training में डालते नहीं, स्कूल की लिखित अनुमति के बिना data retain नहीं करते।
3. Teacher Data Handling
- Teacher accounts: नाम, ईमेल, विद्यालय का नाम, कक्षा/विषय — केवल service देने के लिए।
- Generated lesson plans / Q-papers: स्वामित्व teacher का ही रहता है; हम इसे दोबारा publish या किसी और से share नहीं करते।
- School Profile (जल्द आ रहा): school logo, template, board preference — आपके account से जुड़ा रहता है, किसी अन्य user को दिखाई नहीं देता।
4. Third-party AI Processing
हम multiple AI providers का उपयोग करते हैं (Google Gemini, अन्य)। हर provider के साथ Data Processing Agreement signed है। Providers द्वारा:
- Data को उनकी model training में use नहीं किया जा सकता (zero-data-retention agreements के तहत)।
- Data EU/India के बाहर process हो सकता है लेकिन हम Indian region preference देते हैं।
- कोई भी provider student-generated content को retain नहीं करता।
आपके द्वारा upload की गई files कभी भी public URL पर नहीं आतीं।
5. Data Hosting & Location
- Primary hosting: Mumbai, India (Render.com / AWS ap-south-1)
- Backups: Encrypted at rest, India-region में।
- HTTPS/TLS 1.3 — सब traffic encrypted।
6. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Schools जो formal DPA sign करना चाहती हैं वो WhatsApp पर संपर्क करें। हम standard DPA provide करते हैं जो निम्न को cover करता है:
- Controller / Processor roles
- Sub-processor list (सभी की privacy policy के links के साथ)
- Audit rights, breach notification timelines
- Data return & deletion on contract end
7. Parent / School Consent Guidance
Schools को चाहिए कि वे GenMasterAI use करने से पहले:
- Parents को सूचित करें कि AI tool कक्षा में use होगा।
- छात्रों की identifiable information (नाम, DOB आदि) prompts में न डालें — roll number या initials का उपयोग करें।
- किसी छात्र के parent द्वारा objection पर तुरंत उस student का data delete कर दें (नीचे section 9 देखें)।
- 13 वर्ष से कम उम्र के बच्चों के लिए explicit parent/school consent required है।
महत्वपूर्ण: Students को कभी भी personal information (address, phone number, Aadhaar, bank details, password) prompts में नहीं डालनी चाहिए।
8. Data Retention & Deletion

9. Rights (Access / Correction / Deletion)
किसी भी student / parent / school को निम्न अधिकार हैं:
- Access: आपके बारे में हमारे पास क्या data है — 7 दिन में निःशुल्क प्रदान करेंगे।
- Correction: गलत जानकारी सुधारने का अनुरोध।
- Deletion ("Right to be forgotten"): WhatsApp/email से अनुरोध करें — 7 दिन में पूरी तरह delete कर देंगे।
- Portability: आपका data machine-readable format में देंगे।
- Opt-out of AI processing: किसी भी समय account delete कर सकते हैं।

10. Security Controls
- HTTPS-only (TLS 1.3), HSTS preload, CSP headers, XSS protection
- Rate limiting per IP — brute force और DDoS protection
- Anti-fraud token system (Kundali)
- Session cookies: HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, Secure flags
- Access logs — internally reviewed; कोई public access नहीं
- No third-party trackers without consent (GA4 consent-based)
- Dependency updates (weekly)
11. Incident / Breach Notification
अगर कभी data breach होता है तो:
- 72 घंटे के अंदर affected schools/users को सूचित करेंगे (CERT-In के guidelines के अनुसार)।
- Breach का प्रकार, affected data, और हमने क्या कदम उठाए ये बताएँगे।
- आवश्यकता होने पर Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) को रिपोर्ट करेंगे।
