If you were charged but your plan did not activate, email us straight away with your Razorpay Payment ID (pay_xxxxx). We will fix it within 24 hours.
If your plan does not activate immediately after payment, send us your Payment ID and registered email and we will activate it manually within 24 hours. Razorpay emails your receipt automatically.
