Your content: The topics, lyrics and images you submit are processed only to generate your file. They sit in temporary server storage and are automatically deleted within six hours.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and request timestamps, used purely for security, rate limiting and abuse prevention. These logs are deleted after 30 days.
Account data: When you sign in with Google we receive your name and email address. Nothing else — not your contacts, not your Drive, not your password.
Payment data: If you buy a Pro plan, Razorpay handles the payment. We never see or store your card or bank details — only a transaction ID and the plan name.
We use only essential cookies needed to run the site and keep you signed in. We may collect aggregate, anonymised page-view data for analytics, which cannot identify any individual.
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS. We apply rate limiting, input sanitisation, file validation and automated abuse detection. Session cookies are cryptographically signed and payment signatures are verified server-side.
Because we keep personal data to a minimum and files auto-delete, most of your data is already gone. You can still contact us at any time to ask what we hold or request deletion of your account.
GenMasterAI is not intended for children under 13. School students should use it under the supervision of a teacher or parent.
