1. Using the service

GenMasterAI is an AI-powered content creation platform. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your content, your ownership

Everything you generate with GenMasterAI — presentations, music tracks, videos — belongs entirely to you. Use it personally or commercially. We make no claim over it.

3. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Create illegal, harmful, fraudulent or harassing content
• Infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or privacy rights
• Overload the service with automated scripts, bots or scrapers
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security measures or access controls
• Create or distribute malware, phishing content or spam
• Reverse engineer or attempt to break into the service

Breaking these rules may result in your access being suspended without notice.

4. Free aur Pro plans

The free tier has daily usage limits. Pro plans provide unlimited usage and additional features. Prices are in INR and may change — existing subscribers keep their current price until the end of their billing cycle.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. If a Pro plan is not working for you, you get a full refund within 7 days of purchase — just message us from the contact page. Refunds reach your original payment method in 5-7 business days.

6. Availability

We do our best to keep the service running, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or technical issues.

7. About AI-generated content

AI-generated content can occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected. Always review content before publishing or presenting it. Verifying facts before educational, business or public use is your responsibility.

8. Limitation of liability

GenMasterAI is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
